Shlomi, an 18-year-old soldier, defects from the army in the midst of battle and sets out on a journey to Tel Aviv in order to gain his old life back. Once Shlomi discovers that his commanders are convinced he was kidnapped in the course of the battle and is being held captive, he understands that he is running out of time. Shlomi is no longer escaping the soldiers who were pursuing him, he is now running away from himself – as his own presence becomes his prison.
